Finance Manager

Limbikani Lungu

Limbikani is experienced in project finance, budgeting, strategic audits, and cash flow management. Limbikani also serves as an accountant and consultant for various institutions, including ENFIN Solutions, Premium Performance Ltd, and Kachele Trust School, and has provided tax and payroll advisory services to major clients such as Zambia Sugar and Lumwana Mines.

Accounts & Administration Manager

Sophia T Kangwa

Sophia oversees statutory compliance, financial reporting, payment processing, and operational support. Her expertise includes monthly reconciliations, digital payment systems, and stakeholder communication. Sophia has strong organisational skills, accuracy, and dedication to continuous improvement in financial operations.

Project Manager

Walamba Fungo

Walamba is an experienced project manager with over 12 years at NWEC, where he has led the planning and execution of key infrastructure projects, including the construction of NWEC’s Lusaka Head Office and other commercial developments. He holds a BSc in Urban and Regional Planning from the Copperbelt University and previously worked in local government for three years.

Andrew Ndanga Kamanga
Managing Director

Andrew N. Kamanga is an international qualified Accountant and an Energy Expert with an MSc in Energy, Environment and Technology and Economics. He is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and holds Degree in Accounting.
In addition, Andrew has several years’ experience in Energy Regulation, Industry, Consulting, Banking and Auditing. Andrew has spent the last 30 years in the energy and financial advisory sectors having worked for both private and public institutions. Andrew is currently Managing Director for North-Western Energy Corporation, the first private electricity distribution company operating at Lumwana Mine since 2008, and expanded to Kabitaka in Solwezi and Kalumbila Mine Townships since 2015.
Andrew has been managing various projects and has undertaken several high-level assignments which have focused on negotiating key agreements, investment promotion and protection agreements such as development agreements, power supply and connection agreement, investment promotion and protection agreements, and taxation advisory.
